I don't know how long it would last if you stuck it back in, but I have seen clutches in the shop start to look like that before they fail completely and explode into chunks (however these guys are definitely flooring it and racing at redline on a stock organic clutch). I would try to find just the disk, no reason to replace the plate if you don't have to, however if you can't find the exact same disk remember the pressure plate is mated with the right pressure for that exact material. If you are not sure look for numbers on the disk or plate and google them. Good luck, hope you can find just a disk. If I was extremely broke I would put it back in and go easy on it until I could buy a clutch, or just let it sit until I could afford to fix it right. I would think, if you were driving normally, it could possibly last a year, maybe more, with mild driving and NO messing around in the higher rpm's, still an unknown risk though.
